Our tours are nature-based with the emphasis on the unique
scenery, wildlife and Aboriginal culture of each area and
they cater for everyone from the fit and adventurous who want
to get off the beaten track to those who prefer the sound
of ‘soft adventure’ and more comfortable facilities! Our core
operation is camping and accommodated safaris catering for
budget travellers as well as private charters and deluxe ‘Safari
in Style’ tours in the Northern Territory. Our tours cater
for everyone fit and adventurous who want to get off the beaten
track and experience the highlights of Australia. Our tours

Wayward
Tours (Tour Operator)
Rewriting
the book on bus tours since 1990, Wayward Bus steers a course
away from the ordinary. Small group adventure, good information,
great value and an element of fun are the main ingredients.
Tours run between Melbourne and
Adelaide via the Great Ocean Road and Coorong; also to Kangaroo
Island; between Adelaide, Flinders Ranges, the Red Centre
and Alice Springs; between Alice and Darwin; and to Kakadu.
Most travellers are in their 20s and 30s but Wayward do
not impose any age restrictions so all ages of adventurous
types are welcome. Vehicles used are 16 to 22 seater mini-coaches
and truck-based 17 seaters. All are air-conditioned. Wayward
Bus operates from bases in Alice Springs and Adelaide.
